Hi all, I'm a 5:2 newbie! I've just completed my 4th fast and am finding it pretty easy to stick to. I fast on a Monday and Thursday and weigh on a Friday morning. I've lost 7lbs so far but my question is, if I'm weighing right after a fast day, is the reading reliable? Or is it going to be lower than usual due to fasting? Hope that makes sense. Finding that I feel much better on fast days (more energy, better mood) than on non fast days
I've weighed this morning, day after 2nd fast of the week. I'm weighing every 2 weeks (I'm usually a paranoid daily weigher!) so it's taking some control. I'm another 2lb down today so that's 10lb since starting my first FD on 3rd July. Very chuffed. I don't care if its not not 'true' weight - it's going down!
