So I was all "Oh I found fasting so ENGERGISING" and "oh this is so EMPOWERING" and "this isn't a diet... it's my new Way Of Life" and "I lost 3 pounds in the first week".... blah blah blah.
Until, that is, I got to week 3, fast day 5 (this Tuesday gone) and I really struggled, ending up with blowing it in the evening, despite fasting really well all day with a sensible lunch and I've done the same today.
Pissed off now.
I'm sure it's a blip, and I really did see benefits in the first two weeks, and I WILL BE STRONG next week (no point planning a fast between now and Tuesday.) But WHY did I find it harder in week 3 than week 1? Anyone else experience this?
