Are you all dead grumpy.
I'm doing sw on feast days And had a fast day yesterday.
I was so snappy with everyone! Went to bed at 6. Does it pass? Or am I going to be left without a family!!!

I usually start getting grumpy about 5pm on a fast day. For my family's sake I need to eat something at that point 
And I do tend to go to bed early too.
