Missed Cezerette Tablets ?

Hi, Just wondering if anyone knew what I should thin of this. So I began Cezarette a few months back, mainly to regulate my periods. I haven't done such a good job and have been a little forgetful. Last month I panicked a little as had missed a few but on or around (trying to remember) the 22nd November I began what was a strange period, tmi I know but old clotted bleed this progressed into a normal bleed which lasted 7 days (until 28th November, I think perhaps the 29th).

That week I had missed the Tuesday pill (29th), and had unprotected sex 1st December. Problem with this is I forgot to take Saturday's & Sunday's pills which would have been the end of the 28 day pack. Looking at my sleeve I had actually missed 7 pills in total for the month, but had that 7 day bleed in the middle (which I continued taking the tablet each day).

You wouldn't think I had two kids already because I'm struggling to work this out. I don't think I've ever been fully protected because of messing it up from word go, but the last week is concerning as for the past couple of days I have hot flushes but especially today - my temperature is very much like a furnace on and off, thicker white mucus yesterday only, and sore to touch nipples today (which I don't usually get).

I have not began tasking the next pack as I have cocked them up so much so have not actually taken a pill since last Friday, day after unprotected sex.

Whereas I have had no shows now, nor am I due on my period (if I even get one) are these chest feelings etc just because of coming off of it. I'm not confident it was ever fully effective with how lacky daisy I was.

It seems a bit early for pregnancy symptoms, were you taking the pill properly before this month? Because you could still have had a withdrawal bleed if you conceived last month and be getting pregnancy symptoms now. Does it match how you felt in your other two pregnancies?

I'd take a pregnancy test as soon as you can and then another after your next period is due if it's negative.

Once you know the results of that then I'd be looking at getting a different form of contraception that doesn't rely on you needing to remember each day and use condoms in the meantime if pregnancy isn't something that you'd want.

Hiya. Id only been on it a few months and in all honesty ive missed probably 5 out of each of the previous months, the odd day here and there.

The bleed last month started as the pink tinge but progressed to old blood period, I dont a rest this Monday but was aware it'd be too early ..it was negative :)

So I missed two pills prior to recent period, period was 22nd nov. Ive missed 7th, 17th, 19th, since period began ive missed 26th, 29th, 3 and 4th December, so haven't taken since the 2nd and unprotected sex was 1st dec.

I doubt very much it is anything to worry about but am conscience ive completely messed up these tablets and so don't dvrn know if effective

You wil, need to POAS from time to time until 14 days since last unprotected intercourse.

If you really don't want to be PG, then I suggest using condoms straight away, then going back to GP or family planning nurse to discuss ootions test do not require you to take a daily pill (as that's clearly not your forte).

Would you consider one of the long-acting ones, such as mirena?

I will be going back the docs :) I doubt I am pregnant from the one time. I know anything can happen but hot flushes keep coming and going so I'm sure P is on its way👍
