Hi everyone,
I need your advice/ experience!
My cycles are 32 days long, I got a positive ovulation on CD 18 and 19. I had early pregnancy symptoms of nausea a on cd27. I had a very very very faint positive pregnancy test on cd28. I took another test this morning same brand and it's a tiny bit darker but not much at all. Which makes me nervous. I took a clear blue didgital this morning and it saI'd poaitive 1-2 weeks. But I'm still nervous that my hcg levels aren't rising. I haven't missed my period yet it's due in 3 days which I'm hoping this is the reason. Has anyone experienced this? Good or bad? I have been through a miscarriage before which ended up in a D&C and I'm worried about going through this again. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

In the nicest possible way please calm down. It's WAY to early to be stressing out about how dark the test is (If in fact that is ever helpful which it probably isnt). A positive on a digi before your period is due is AMAZING.

Thanks so much Lottie. I'm just so worried of going through a MC again that I think you think the worst and look out for signs! Xx

This is the Family Planning topic, as in contraception.

You don't mention which method you were using, and until this scare is settled one way or another, it's probably not much use discussing relative failure rates. But if you really can't be going through it all again, the 'safest' methods are mirena of vasectomy. The former has fewer (and usually less serious) side effects.

Your tests are exactly how id expect at this stage, and has got darker. Hgc doubles every 48 hours so will be a lot darker if you wait two days, it's very rare to get w positive on a digital so early so that in itself is a positive sign things are going well. Xx
