Bleeding and the mirena

I'm waiting to get a mirena coil fitted as I've been having really odd bleeding when on cerelle. I was just wondering if most people have no bleeding (which I've heard) or is it more liky to have regular bleeding like a period?

I hate periods - I feel like is ell, I feel uncomfortable, I feel grubby, I hate the feeling of the blood coming out and most of alli hate the excruciating pain I get
