Nexplanon removed and discharge, warning TMI! Apologies!

Hello all,
I have had my implant removed just over a week ago and since having it taken out I have come on what I thought was my period, it was dark brown and didn't last for long, then I came off. Today I have experience stomach cramp and when I went to the loo a big clump of brown discharge was there when I wiped, sorry tmi, I am now worrying as to what this may be?

Any advice would be great!
