Expecting no 4 and delighted (if slightly overwhelmed). Will be third c section and considering getting tubes tied during c section. DH has offered to have snip instead but if I'm going under the knife anyway it seems sensible. Am 39 and really can't see any prospect of us wanting another baby after this one. Anyone done the same?
