Cerazette and body aches - feel like a granny!!!

I've been taking Cerazette for just under a month now and am aching like a 90 year old!! Went to get the coil fitted and the doc couldn't fit it - bled heavily and nearly passed out, yak - so I'm trying cerazette instead as I'm currently over-weight after having DS three months ago and I've had migraines on the combined pill before. It's making me feel a bit nauseous and have had a little spotting but the worst are these aches. My knees, back, hips and shoulders are sore, have no energy and the worst is my hands, my little fingers joints 'stick' every morning when I wake up and my hand joints ache horribly. Has anyone else suffered with this on Cerazette? I'[m trying to stick out the 3 month trial period to see if it changes but not sure I can manage it!
