Where in Birmingham are you? My Dcs have Suzuki violin lessons at the Birmingham conservatoire young strings project. There is a wonderful Suzuki cello teacher there called Emma Capp (you could google her). My dd is now also learning the cello, but she is doing that through school.

I second the vote for Emma as she is fantastic - you will find her on the BSI website list of teachers; we see her at the conservatoire too but she also teaches privately in harborne.
