I'm supposed to be going to my sign off tomorrow and I'm not sure hw much stuff to take with me

I have.....

My register
my emergency contact file (although don't know if I should take it as it's confidential info?)
the end of year accounts which I collated

copies of various letters
2 terms worth of program planning documents
copies of templates etc for crafts

I've collected evidence for everything although I'm not sure how much of it I am actually going to use. They reckon that it should only be enough to fit inside the plastic cover that the ALQ book came in. I have been doing mine since November and have now finished all the bits in Modules 1-3 that don't need a mentor. Have been allocated a mentor this week (at last!) so will aim to finish it off in the next few weeks. Only trouble I've got now is how to do Module 4 because my GIC does all the accounts. PITA!

Maybe speak to your mentor and find out which bits would be suitable?

Good luck with it tomorrow. I'm organising a sleepover in June but because I don't have my LQ, I can't do my licence which is annoying so that will be next on my list, then as soon as that is done, I quite fancy doing Rainbows.

rainbows? you're brave lol

I've been doing this for 2 years so have tons of evidence, just don't know what I need to take -I can see me not getting signed off

-I've not been signed off yet as 3 months after I started I split up with my partner of 14 years so had to sort out children/house/job etc so wasn't exactly high on my priorities but I still feel bad it's taken me so long :-(

Evidence of attendance at training, first aid, district meetings events etc. Evidence of using the 5 essentials. I'll have a think and maybe come back

In my experience, you need very little actual evidence, as long as you have all the sections signed off.

I just handed in a few things I'd printed off, such as a couple of example letters to parents, a copy of the accounts, a meeting plan or two, copy of district meeting minutes with my name on, copy of first aid cert, and not a lot else really. Your unit Guider will have seen you doing "stuff", and will have signed everything off (?).

If you need to know anything else, please ask.
