You'll need to ask the caretaker if he's into filling it up 2-3 times per day during winter! And will the company selling it do the annual maintenance and for how much?

I'd be interested to know what sort of waste you're thinking of burning in it.

I had thought about filling it - but wood would be more frequently

I had been told I can burn straw bales (the rectangular ones)

I am speaking to a farmer about a regular supply today hopefully

They won't let me burn nappies

Any saw mills near you apparantly they are a relatively untapped fuel resource.
