no idea but I wouldsuggest the ACAS website and helpline for a no fuss answer

Sympathies, Dh was put on notice (well they ahve to reapply but chances are exceedingly slim- about 5% chance of a job afaics).

No. Childcare vouchers are a benefit, which you remain entitled to while you are on maternity leave as you do your other benefits. But just as you won't get, for example, pension contributions, or other benefits after you have left employment, you won't get childcare vouchers either.

The fact that you are on maternity leave when you are made redundant doesn't mean the employer has to pay benefits for longer I'm afraid.

Sorry to hear you are going through this. Are you satisfied that there is no alternative work available at all? You get preferential treatment if you are on maternity leave. You will also continue to receive SMP for the whole 39 weeks even after your employment has ended.
