It's not a sales job but the company are struggling. My job is a one off. The other person I mentioned doing a reactive role earns more than for for a simple admin role. I found this out recently. It just seems unfair that they can implement this without warning. I'm not even a high flier!! Not even paid lots.
I started a job just over a year ago. Now the company have given me targets, all new to me, which aren't realistic. They ignore the fact that there is only so much I can do and much depends on the actions of others. Also, they have not said what will happen if I don't reach the targets. I have had no pay increase and get paid less than someone who has an easier reactive job. Can they do this?
