I would like to thank my employer for telling me today (that because I work part time and choose to pick my 2 young girls from school, rather than pay 85% of a meagre salary on child care for 8 hours a day/ 5 days a week!. I am not worth the investment of further training/development within the Company she owns. I would also like to acknowledge the backhanded way that I am now junior to a colleague who I trained as a Systems Auditor (as mentioned in my "performance review", to a very high standard). Thank you for giving me no further option but to resign!, and for the freedom this will give me in finding out who I am (again!) and begin to build the confidence that you and your coven have sucked out of me. Thank you

I like to believe that whilst at times like this we can't see why, at some point in the future it will be possible to look back and be smug that they have lost a blooming good employee and for you the grass will be greener.
