My father-in-law has just called to say he cannot cope anymore. We need to find a nice lady to help him look after his wife (83) who is pretty much immobile. She is from Germany and we thought a German speaker might be nice. They have accommodation but there is no way we can afford agency fees. Any idea where to start?
