Aaargh - another costume thread!

PC's thread has reminded me that dd is supposed to be dressed up with a sports theme tomo! Nooo! Any ideas please? We don't have anything obvious like football gear or ballerina costume. I'm very tempted to send her in normal clothes and get her to tell everyone she is a 'spectator'

I like the spectator idea but she may be embarrased.

It is going to be hot in your area and would she be comfortable as a swimmer?

DD had this a couple of weeks ago, and like you, we didn't have anything obvious. so she just went in tracksuit bottoms, t-shirt and trainers, I'm afraid! So did lots of others - probably shorts if it's hot tomorrow...

The ballroom dancer mgiht be an idea, then she can just wear her beloved cinderella dress. The only other possibility is to send her in her sunsuit as a swimmer, we don't have stuff for any of the other ideas

if sunsuit is a UV one with arms and legs, pretend it's a wetsuit, add a snorkel (cheap in Woolies etc) and go as a diver.
Or a cut a surfboard shape out of card and go as a surfer.
