court order states children not allowed to attend new school whilst in refuge!!!

I have a court order and amongst other things my children are not allowed to start a new school whilst we are in a refuge. I have no idea how long I will be here but the court know I am looking for a house.
I would like the children to go to school whilst here, 'father' doesn't want them to as he knows it will be harder to make me go back to the area if I am settled here and the judge ruled in his favour.
The refuge have not heard of this happening before and I am going to ring the EA tomorrow but wanted your views please.

Well legally your children have to be in full time education so does that mean they have to continue to attend their old school?

Absolutely bonkers......you cannot get your children to their old school and they need an education. What is your solicitor saying about this?
