Interview for lunchtime supervisor

I have an interview for lunchtime supervisor at my dc's school, I have been volunteering for a year and a half and enjoy working with children (volunteered first in reception then y1/2).

If there are any lunchtime supervisors out there, what sort of questions did they ask you? Are you first aid trained?

Only question I was asked was " when can you start". All the best with an interview.

say something about keeping an eye open for bullying, dangerous or disruptive behaviour etc and asking what the school sanctions are for such behaviour. asking about school polices on football/ trading card games etc.

Check if you would be on same duty every time or do supervisors rotate duties. neither way is "right" just useful to know.

I'm not first aid trained, we deal with minor stuff ( like any parent) and send for teaching staff if we need more 1st aid support.
