Choosing a primary - what questions to ask?

I'm sure this has been done before, but I can't find it in the archives....

When you're looking round potential schools what questions should you be asking the head?

Have already got ofsted reports, SATS results for last x years, prospectuses, etc coming out of our ears and have been to school events for the ones we're likely to select. We're pretty sure of which one we like best (though we're out of catchment - just - and may not get a place), and what our second choice would be. But the LEA wants all 6 choices filled in on the application form, so we'll need to see the other possible choices too in the next couple of weeks.
