I had an item listed on a BIN - a girl emailed me on Friday 5th & said she wanted to buy the item but couldn't pay until Wednesday & did I mind.

I said not at all & that I was more then happy to wait for payment.

So she bought it Friday 5th. Wednesday came & went with no payment. So on Thursday I dropped a polite email just checking if she was going to send payment.

She replied a few hours later saying she'd gotten her dates mixed up & would be paying on Saturday 'for definate'.

Well as yet I still haven't recieved payment & it's now been a week since she bought the item. I was happy to wait a few days for payment as I understand what it's like when you see something you want on BIN but don't have the cash straight away but I'm beginning to get a little frustrated.

So do I wait a few more days?

Do I email her again? (Don't want it to seem like I'm pestering)

Do I open a PNR dispute?

WWYD??

You are entitled to know.
Email again.
It is not pestering.
If no joy, open a dispute in a couple of days.

I would mail her saying it has been over seven days (given that ebay states 7 days to pay) since she purchased item and i am keen to send item as post can be delayed with xmas post therefore would appreciate payment by close of day tom otherwise i will have to open a non payer dispute!
There are lot's of non payers apparantly at this time of year have just opened non payment myself!

Thanks guys - will email her now & if no payment by Monday I'll relist

I don't get why people buy then don't bother paying, what's the point??

I feel I've been more then fair as I've allowed plenty of time (well I think I have anyway)

Don't relist you have to open dispute first otherwise she may well pay whilst dispute open and you then get neg for not providing item!!
I know stupid ebay yet again but you need to let dispute end they will get non payer strike and you will get final fees back and listing costs if you relist and sell!

Yeah, sorry meant I'd open a dispute & then relist, I want my fees back so will open a dispute in order to get them back
