have ebay reduced the Buy it Now fee ?

In the listing fee pages it quotes Buy It Now as 40p.

I've just put together a listing and it is quoting me only 10p for Buy it Now.

I can't see it mentioned in any announcements. Any one else come across this?

Have you added a BIN to your auction? That is cheaper than listing as soley a BIN at 40p I believe.
