How much to send a child's top to Estonia?

Have checked on the Post Office estimator but confused about category of package. The ones I though were possible were:
airmail small packets £3.06 or
international signed for small packets £6.56

What do you think?

It would be a small packet unless you wanted them to sign for it at the other end in which case you would need the signed for. Really only necessary if its high value though. £3.06 sounds about right, I would have guessed more arounf £2.20-£2.50 but depends on the weight of the top.
