Its a new in original box, Stinky Pete from Toy Story. Unboxed, used ones are going for about £12-14. DH says I should list it starting at £9.00, I said £4.00, as it would encourage more bidders, but don't want it tog for much less than at least £10.00. Any suggestions?

8.99 sounds about right to me. Or 8.50 to make it look less "yeah, 8.99, just ask for 9 pounds and be done with it".

I wouldn't list it for substantially less than I wanted. You might get lots of watchers but equally you could be unlucky.

What about starting it at about 7.50 with a buy-it-now of 15? I love buy-it-now for anything that I'm buying as a gift - I'm too lazy and impatient to fiddle-fart around waiting for an auction to run its course.

I tend to go for things on buy it now as cant be arsed with bidding and watching etc so BIN may work for you

auction formats are way too risky these days tbh - I've been researching today and am shocked at the lack of bids.

i'd go for a high BIN with offers. - maybe £22 offers accepted
tbh - I'd wait til near xmas

don't suppose while you're at it you'll clear out my wardrobe will you? oh oh and that drawer in the kitchen? you know the one we all have full with 'stuff' great ta

ohhh a freezer! I really want a chest freezer. i reckon I could save loads of money with one of those. I need a garage to put it in too tho

I know!! if you get a few grand for stinky pete (I used to date him) you could buy me a freezer and a garage......no? ah well

Califrau - I know. In my defence though, we do have another one who is well loved and played with, along with Woody, Bullseye, Buzz etc
