I bought a nursing bra kit thingie off this ebayer in November. She has a website as well, but trades on ebay too.
Never received it, so sent an email, got a reply with a promise of a resend.
Waited.
Nothing.
Emailed again
and again
and again
and again.

No responses now.
Threatened negative feedback, begged a response.
waited
tried again

Left negative feedback. I did give her 3 months after all to sort it out.

The silly bint has now left -ve feedback for me!!! aaaarrrghh.

So, she has my money (paid instantly, as I always do), and I have negative feedback and no product.

She has a website as well as trading on ebay, so I thought I'd warn others about her

Gutted. I was 100% positive feedback until now.

I spent so long trying to be polite, emailing her, giving her the benefit of the doubt, that I missed the window of opportunity.

It's not much money (£4.99) just the principle.

I'm fuming.

Yes I would be, very rude that she just ignored you.

Oh hell - I just tried to look up motherwearuk.com for a web review. I wish I had looked for a review BEFORE I shopped with them!
I have just spent £59 on a dress for bf, and a fleece top for bf with them - and NOTHING! I know I only placed the order on 18th oct - but there website SAYS they will post orders within a couple of days - and send first class. It's now 30th - I've received nothing - I have sent multiple emails now just asking "is my order okay - have you sent it yet - is it lost in post?" etc. I have had NO reply.
I have phoned - and again - no answer - so have left message on answer machine.
What do I do now - I will of course try to claim through paypal if I get nothing (I did at least pay through paypal).
~The website looks so proffesional - pity the customer service does not match this standard.
