Right can anyone explain to me the new feedback system coming in on ebay and how as a seller this will affect me?

I sell bits and bobs we have finished with etc on ebay but have realised that feedback is changing and I read here that this will mean alot more negs and blackmail?

Explanation please as I think ebay may end up more hassle than its worth????
