I posted an item on 8th december to New Zealand

On the 29th January he contacted me to say it hadn't arrived. I said that I was surprised, told him the date I had posted it and would look into it.
He replied with "Let's give it another 2 weeks- have had other stuff arrive from UK which arrived promptly"

SO I have been investigating at my end, and nothing has turned up,
got another email from him today stating "STILL NO PARCEL - WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH IT"
Now he was the one who wanted to wait another 2 weeks, I did offer to send him another one. I feel though that he doesn't believe me about post going missing. I ahve had mail this week dated 2nd November, I have had half the Christmas cards I posted not been delivered, lots that were sent to me not delivered either

you will need to refund him or send another and then try and claim from the royal mail.

How did you send it? even with surface mail which can take a very long time (which is why I don't offer it) it should be there by now
