So at beginning of November I emailed her asking if she would cancel the 1st one and send another as first had obviously got lost in postal strike. She said she wasn't happy to do that, and wanted to wait till original cheque turned up. I emailed her again mid-November, same thing, she wanted to wait. Well it's still not arrived. Do i tell her this is her last chance to send cheque or I will report it as unpaid, or do I keep waiting indefinately?

have you already posted the item to her? if so, then yes i'd give her one last chance before reporting it.

If yoou havent sent it out yet i'd give her 7 days to pay before you re-list it.

Good luck.

I'd start the unpaid item process now, you have waited long enough. At the end of the day it is her responsibility to ensure the payment gets to you - it hasn't therefor you need to get your fees back and relist
