Help, I've lost all of my listings

Hi, I have lost all of my listings, well they are appearing in my ebay, but not when i click on sellers other items or on my shop. I have managed to loose 17 auctions.. i only have 2 left. weeks of work has disappeared. I have emailed ebay, but they have not got back to me.
dont know what to do now!! does anyone know how i can get them back, they are not coming up in searches either, only if i use the item number

I've had a look on the ebay boards and it would appear a few people have the same problem. No idea what we can do about it (ebay never get back to you )
This really is a problem we can do without!

OH, this happened to DP yesterday as well, I think they are having a major crackdown on any rule breaking (shill bidding, keyword spamming etc, fee avoidance, unfair postage and packing costs, misleading auctions, non original pics etc, or a buyer has reported you for something else?), unfortunately a whole weekends listings have disappeared without a trace! Slap on the wrist I think .

i had something removed yesterday for having 'as new' in the title ( well, it was!) apparently that is keyword spamming, because people looking for a new item would get linked to my item. never even occurred to me.

hiya, thank you for all your replies, i must be in the minority Ebay got back to me this morning, but yesterday evening when i checked all of my listings had come back, I was so relieved. dont know what happened, just a hic-up, but all is not lost

I have only just started up working from home, selling baby clothes and was devastated to think all the work had to be re-done.
