Someone has stolen my picture

Listed a pair of shoes this morning. Thought I'd check out what others were selling for and someone has just listed another pair and used one of my pictures.
It wasn't an important picture and they have another three pictures of a different pair of shoes listing them as the same style but they don't look the same.
Don't know if I should report it as its not really a problem to me but just feels a bit wierd.

I always do this if it is the same as I am selling... and I never mind if anyone else does it.

They're only pics after all

Some one nicked mine and I messaged him to object and got a rude message back. Thing is if selling second hand stuff you really should show your own picture of the actual item, not show a similar item. Different if it is a bog standard new in box item.

I'm not really bothered just looked at and thought oh I have picture like that, it's of a specific part of the shoe I just put in as an extra. It's more the fact they say they are the same style but look differnt.
