I've just had a listing removed - because apparently ebay don't allow used cloth diapers to be sold- since when? I've listed and sold loads in the past- I've spent a morning listing them, am going to be grrr if they're all removed.

They will most likely all be removed. There is a petition going, but I've only ever followed a link on here so don't know the address.

Totally barmy, but some people were apparently getting a thrill from buying used nappies. How ebay can possibly tell this I don't know.

I've heard rumours that it's down to being reported by individual users and that certain nappy ebay shops are the main culprits

Flamesparrow's setting up a classified section on her site soon (bumfluff)

oh well mine will all soon be gone then. How ridiculous- I spent ages listing them. Won't be buying from any ebay nappy shops then!

It's because of their \link{http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/used-clothing.html\policy]

eBay Policy:
Used clothing may be listed on eBay, so long as the clothing has been thoroughly cleaned according to the manufacturer's instructions and is stain free. Used underwear including, but not limited to, boxer shorts, panties, briefs, athletic supporters and cloth nappies is not permitted. Listings that contain inappropriate descriptions will be ended.

Yes, because cloth nappies is the same as used panties.....morons!

Sell them on Flamesparrow's site. She has a classifieds section now

Oh thanks I will. I'm going to see which ones sell before they get removed (can't be arsed to go through and remove them all, then I'll list them on Flamesparrow's site as they go.

Actually really useful as I've been trying to think of a way for Mums of children with ASD to swap things for sale, so I might add one of those classifieds things to my site.
