eBay changing postage options?

I've listed a bundle of baby clothes, and as there's so many of them I hit Collection Only. But now someone has bid on them and I see that eBay changed it to £2.80 postage. I'm really annoyed as a) there are so many clothes that it would be an enormous parcel and b) postage would probably cost more than £2.80. I've messaged the buyer to let her know but any idea what else I can do?

cancel the bid and end the auction and relist. How heavy are they - Hermes or Collect + would prob be reasonable postage.
