OK I knocked a button off a coat during packing. Also as I bought the coat on ebay I felt I should tell the buyer that too because as I hadnt bought it new I couldnt guarantee its authenticity.
I messaged this to the buyer offering a full refund.
They messaged back would i send it anyway.
I messaged back no probs, if thats what they wanted, that I just wanted to inform them and give them options> I would post it asap.

I then got a message back asking "would it be easily fixed"

Im now getting a bit wary. Do they want it not. Ive made a mistake, owned up, offered refund. Im now confused.
Could I just refund them?
If I did could they give me a negative?

Gah I not sold on ebay in 2 years because of this type of thing

Advice please??? Thanks

Can you not just sew the button back on?

Even if my wrist wasnt badly broken, I can't sew for toffee.

Thanks for your reply :)

If you've still got the button and it's not damaged, stick it in a separate envelope, package it up with the coat, and send it.
