Do I have a Case - Buyer Registered in UK Posting from Lithuania

I won a designer cashmere coat on eBay. The seller contacted me after the sale to say she was on holiday and therefore posting from Lithuania at her cost. Looking at some of her feedback it appears she has been 'on holiday' for some months. The item arrived and I have concerns about authenticity. The item doesn't feel as soft as some of the coats I've compared to in store I submitted a return for 'not as described' and after a week raised a case with eBay The seller has finally got in touch to say she is living in Lithuania and that the item is genuine (she would).

Had I known the item was coming from Lithuania I would not have bid (concerns about counterfeits) I would like to return the item 'not as described' how do you think eBay will rule?

well you will prob have to return it tracked before you get a refund. But yes you should win a case.

In item not as described cases ebay often send you a link for the return postage label or barcode to stick on it as you go further through the process
