DS2 isn't old enough to order from ebay as under 18. He asked me to order and pay for a cuddly bulldog which I did. I changed the delivery address so that it went to him. This morning it was delivered to me!!
I have checked the order and it was def changed to his. I now have to pay for it to be sent to him!
I have contacted the seller and asked for the p&p to be refunded. I know it was only £2.20 but I have to pay now when I shouldn't have! AIBU???

the seller can only send to the official address supplied by paypal as otherwise they lose their protection

yes, they should have sent to the address given them by paypal otherwise no protection for them as a seller.

Hi Lottie, ah I bet Wilf will love it. Did you change your ebay address or PayPal. like the posters above are saying - a seller has to send to the registered address on the paypal account.

No. I just changed the address bit where it said dispatch to different address. This seller is the first person to do this. Normally they send to ds2's college address!

The seller has just contacted me. She has refunded and said that her laptop had crashed and she only had my address and not DS2's.......
