DP won a lego figure on Ebay for half normal price.

Seller emailed immediately saying no longer available blah blah blah. Sent cancellation request (so he would get fees back etc)

DP replied You have four on a BIN therefore you can honour listing? And paid.

Seller has refunded pymt saying no I cant they were sold privately,

Liar! I messaged him about postage only hours earlier and he sent messages chasing me up to buy! He is clearly just not happy with auction price. Cant stand sellers like him.

So what action can ebay take. We cant find way to get a message through to ebay about his non performance.

We will be leaving negative feedback too.

you can report as non performing seller and you can of course refuse the cancellation request if you wish.

I would be tempted to get a friend to ask a question about the other ones so you can show they are still selling them

I did under my account. If anyone fancies asking a question on our behalf from a different part of the country I would appreciate it!

Thank you but we've decided to leave it as hes become abusive in his messages.

Reported to ebay and factual negative feedback left.

Well, he sounds like a right charmer! I too hate Ebayers who renege when they don't sell for what they want! Why don't they start with a minimum starting price they'd be happy with or make them all BIN. He's stupid to ruin his feedback. Glad you left him negative feedback though and hope you get it all sorted.

Thank you. They are just too tight to pay the increased listing fee!
