Yes it will appear. And it is her fault, her job as a seller is to get the item to you, don't close the case or accept a partial refund. And at the end of it all do leave appropriate feedback and stars to warn others.
ok I understand that will the escalate buttn reappear then? She offered to part refund me as it's not her fault. I said no it wasn't my fault either so would like a full refund please and will assist her with any claim she needs to make from rm. When she offered this ebay said consider her offer - what the heck?
she has responded saying no she has no tracking number as just sent normal first class but the only options on the case now are to close it saying it will automatically close on the 11th August............no idea what to do only ever gone through paypal before. Will ebay be reading the messages? please can someone help me?

She is then quite off with me and tells me I have to wait until she can put a claim in with RM, when I am on holiday.
So I open a case. NOw she has just responded with delivery information but it just says Royal Mail delivered 27th June - it's just typed in, it's weird now just told by ebay to wait for it to arrive?????????
