I'm wondering if ex can get court orders from Australia with regards to contact lodged and enforced in the uk is there any reason I cannot get maintenance enforced the other way around ?
Solicitors I speak to just don't seem to think it's worthwhile but I'm on bloody benefits with 4 kids having been forced out of my home and lost my job, everything due to this prick, there has to be something I can do surely ?

I am guessing that as you are struggling on benefits and there being no legal aid to chase maintenance payments abroad through specialist solicitors , that you may find REMO ( reciprocal enforcement of maintenance orders) more appropriate . I believe Australia is covered.
