trying to fill HR1 form urgently please!!

Hi all...I am worried that if dh finds out i want to file for divorce, he would like to transfer some power to his mum: the house we have been living in for 14 years seems to belong to him mainly but seems his mum owns part of it...have been advised to send the HR1 form today. Cant understand question 9:
Is a home rights charge (in respect of the applicant's marriage to
or civil partnership with the
person named in panel 8 above)
registered in respect of any other dwelling-house?. WE have a house we have bought two years ago together, which is beeing rented....
Also do I need to pay for it? can't see it anywhere...finally can i send it online? seems that only the business parts can do it??

Hi OP, I can't answer the first part of your question but I'd suggest calling Shelter tomorrow for advice.

HR1 is free, I did one for my marital home.
