hi ,feel resentful as we are 18mts into relationship. both separated but not as yet legal .He lives with me and my familyand survives on Saturday work as weekly paycheck goes to wife4 grown up children, youngest 18.I feel bitter and angry at his loyalty to them--When he divorces, ,he says we will be financially better .I'm not sperated as Irish going through legal aid[6 yrs now and no court date.Am I just jealous and allow things to pan out well in the end? He never has money for anything and I sometimes well my good nature is being abused!Apart from money,we are perfect.

Hmm. If his whole wage is going to his wife, despite there being only grown up children, how separated are they?

Although I guess if he's living with you she must know he's moved out!

He's got a nice arrangement with you then hasn't he, if he's not contributing anything because the evil wife is taking 100% of his salary?

How did he move out in the first place, if he "lost" his salary upon leaving?

Do you have your own DC, and are they living eith you?

He gives ALL his money to his grown up kids? Really?

that makes no sense at all.

His wages are paid into his wife's account? He gets paid and transfers his wages over to her?

You do understand that there is no requirement either legal or moral for him to pass over his every single penny in the world over to his ex, don't you?

So if he didn't have you to 'keep him' - how exactly would he eat? How would he keep a roof over his head?

Sorry but something smells fishier than week old haddock shoved behind a radiator.

It sounds very odd to me. I think he's stashing it away somewhere. I don't know anybody who would give 100% of their weekly pay check to their soon to be ex wife and grown up children.

Sounds like a lying cocklodger. Did he pull the 'I'll be homeless,' card on you to get his feet under your table?

Something is very fishy here. No one, no where, gives all their salary to their family even when the children of that family are all grown up

OP, you are being taken a for a ride (and not in a good way)

Why does he give all his money to his ex wife/grown up children? I would suggest that you should not resent her but actually sit down and talk to him about what is really going on. Legally he must be doing this of his own accord (if he is doing it at all)

Kick the cock lodger out. Tell him that you are no longer giving him a free ride.

I'd lay money on it not all going to his ex and children Hmm Apart from money,we are perfect. That is quite a big but though. Sodusn like he wants a free ride.
