Dp has 10min hearing with district judge tomorrow concerning divorce. Him and his Xp have been asked to attend as parents. She has refused most access to his two young children due to bitterness over the decline of their marriage. He currently sees them for the odd half hour with her in attendance or a few hours unsupervised. What is the hearing likely to be about, what will the judge ask? Thanks in advance.
