Please advise/help/support

Hello
Would just like to ask if anyone in same situation or can advise....
Divorcing H....doing myself through the courts...the |Divorce has been petitioned....he has received the papers....had 2 weeks to sign...not returned them as I knew he wouldn't...he will do anything to complicate matters.....
Finance and children all sorted...ie house sold split equity (he had more)...15y old with me ...14yold boy with him ....I support both boys....I earn just a bit more than him...
I'm divorcing him for unreasonable behaviour....(abuse)
What is the worse case senario? What if he just refuses to do anything??
He has his life.....just been to Japan...has Japanese GF.....
This is all to do with continuing his 'nastiness' towards me....

if he doesnt return the papers you can ask the court bailiff to serve him personally. the baliff will then lodge a certificate with the court to say it is has been done which you will exhibit to your affidavit in support when you send in you application for directions for trial and affidavit. i think the fee is about £100.

You will need to have Consent Order drawn up to finalise the financial matters to make it legal so i would see a solicitor for this.
