I had the same problem with my dd, she preferred her tummy too. After speaking to my midwife, she advised to let her sleep on her front and voila, we all got a bit of sleep For the pushchair/pram problem I used to put her on her side with a rolled up blanket behind her back like a wedge. Not much you can do about the car seat though...

This was 4 years ago, mind, so speak to your midwife and see what she thinks.

have you thought about taking her to a cranial osteopath to see if there is a something causing her pain ?

Similar has happened to friends of mine & a couple of visit has made a massive difference.

Sleeping on their fronts is a complete no no

A friend had similar problem. She bought an under mattress monitor to give her peace of mind, maybe speak to your hv about this.
