Why are we not allowed to discuss the modern matron on Twitter discussing children in hospital with covid?

OP posts:
Rudolphian · 01/01/2021 22:11

Ofgs
Start a new thread talking about it, without referencing other threads

Chocolate4me · 01/01/2021 22:11

Wondering the same.... I'm already suspicious of how all the news headlines seem to 'soften the blow' and the media is controlled....

Pomegranatespompom · 01/01/2021 22:12

Have you a link? Interested to see what has been said on Twitter

SeldomFollowedIt · 01/01/2021 22:12

@Rudolphian

Well that’s the whole point we can’t because they keep getting deleted.

Wtaf?

ofwarren · 01/01/2021 22:14

That's 3 threads now.
It's a story in the telegraph ffs!

KeyboardWorriers · 01/01/2021 22:14

I am furious that thread went ! The title was calm and measured and there were links to reports in the BBC and the telegraph!

picklemewalnuts · 01/01/2021 22:14

Start a new thread, avoiding inflammatory language and scare mongering. Don't refer to previous threads.

ComDummings · 01/01/2021 22:15

The deleting of these threads, which discuss a news article, is sinister to say the least.

Bimbleboo · 01/01/2021 22:15

It’s MUCH more anxiety provoking that MN are seemingly this determined to not allow a discussion on this?!?!? That’s what’s making me anxious Confused

christmascake246 · 01/01/2021 22:15

and mine - why are they checking our backgrounds - have been here for years. Just discussing The Telegraph!!!!

TillysMum02 · 01/01/2021 22:15

Someone start a proper thread

Not a TAAT, as this is
No inflammatory title
And in the covid topic

Let’s see if it stays! Oh, and ensure you aren’t a pbp!

Should stand a chance of staying then

SeldomFollowedIt · 01/01/2021 22:16

@picklemewalnuts

Okay can someone please do that? It will still get deleted though.

What is a pbp?

OP posts:
Zara50 · 01/01/2021 22:17

What's going on, i dont get it! Why won't they let us discuss it?

inquietant · 01/01/2021 22:18

.

Wingingthis · 01/01/2021 22:18

And what’s TAAT?

umpteennamechanges · 01/01/2021 22:19

I've started a new thread that doesn't reference other threads (mentions Telegraph in title)

KeyboardWorriers · 01/01/2021 22:19

Pbp = previously banned poster

TwelveDogsOfChristmas · 01/01/2021 22:19

I am shocked at the deletions - really shocked. Parents need to be able to discuss this, most of our kids are supposed to going back to school on Monday and it feels like no one in power can be trusted, and we are being put in an impossible situation. I've wanted schools to reopen as planned but this is changing my mind, frankly it's terrifying

BlueSkyAhead · 01/01/2021 22:19

Thanks for the link from a pp above

SeldomFollowedIt · 01/01/2021 22:20

Oh ok I’ve not been banned. Great I’ll look at the other post that’s been created then.
