I'm searching for information about fertility boosting vitamins and supplements for me and DH. Does anyone have any suggestions or information sources?

I'm just starting my second month of Clomid and we want to do everything we can to maximise our fertility and health. Then maybe, just maybe we'll end up with a BFP.

Hiya Daisydotandgertie,

I started taking Pregnacare Conception about 3 and half weeks ago, no BFP yet but they have done amazing things for my fingernails!!

Good luck with the Clomid btw, my very best wishes to you.

Thank you XKaty and loopy - I'll have a closer look at pregnacare.

What have you put your DH on? I've found a couple of brands in Boots, but am unsure if they contain everything that they should - even if it's a bit wacky.

There are so many internet sites which claim to have the ultimate, will definitely work vitamin/supplement concoction, but I can't find a site I trust enough to persue.

I'm not looking for a miracle cure - but I am looking for enough information to reassure myself that we've taken everything we reasonably could have.

I was just reading about Dong Quai and Chasteberry (aka Vitex). My problem is wanting to kickstart OV as it hasn't happened yet. My husband is taking Wellman supplements which we found in our local Tesco's. The main things men need are Zinc, Vit C and Vit E and a mineral called L-Arginine which is in the wellman supplements. I'm not sure you should take any supplements without checking with a doctor first because you are taking Clomid and you don't know how these things might interact. I also read that drinking Green tea could help.
