Nausea caused by folic acid?

Hi,

Just wondering if it's possible that taking folic acid is making me feel sick? I am TCC1 cycle 2 UCL 26(?) CD 14. Last month I felt really sick in the run up to when AF was due and got it into my head that I could be pg. However had normal AF. Now I am feeling sick again - not vomiting but general queasy feeling.

I started taking folic acid when we started trying last month and wonder if this is a possible cause of the nausea. What do you think - has anyone else had similar experience?

It made me feel sick, so took it in the evening instead of morning which helped a bit.

Yup, try the evening. The other thing I did which helped was to have some yoghurt right after taking the tablets.

I had this too, in fact it was the only time that I felt nauseous.
