Is it possible I am pregnant

I am probably rambling but I was diagnosed with pof last october.

Pof premature ovarian failure basically means that the ovaires are not functioning as they should and you don,t always ovulate.
I was told that hrt can wake the ovaries up and induce ovulation.
I have been told to take a months supply of hrt whenever my periods stop to get my ovaries going again and last time this worked and a day 21 test showed that I had ovulated I also got my periods back for 3 months.
However they recently stopped again so I went onto another month of hrt.
The hrt I take as and when I need it is designed to produce a monthly bleed shortly after the last tablet in the pack.
As soon as I started the hrt I tricked my clearblue monitor into thinking I was on day 1 of my cycle and I also used opk's alongside of it and bang in the middle of taking the hrt I got a high and then a peak reading on the monitor and this was backed up by positive readings on the opk's.
I took this as a sign that the hrt was about to help me ovulate and timed sex at this time.
If I did indeed ovulate then I would be roughly 14 days past ovulation.
I finished the pack of hrt 4 days ago but I have had no sign of the expected bleed that shoudl occur do you think I could be pregnant.
I am sorry I know that my situation is probably different to other peoples on here and not everyone understands pof but would still love an outside opinion on this.

Have you taken a test? Only way to know is to test and if your 14 dpo you should get a positive if pregnant. How long is your normal lp?

I am petrified of testing as I want to be pregnant so much and feel I can,t handle a bfn.
I have no idea how long my lp is my periods have been all over the place since I started ttc 18 months ago.
