whens too early?

im due to af around the 28th of the month i think, ive got pcos so am never regular im wondering whens best to test. is it possible to have cravings even though im only on day 19? any advice would be great driving my self crazy coz me and my dp have been trying for 2.5 years. we bd every day from day 7 or 8. plz advice. thanks

Id say, if you can afford a potentially wasted test, then test as early as you like. It may (!) put your mind at rest for a bit. I got a pos on day 21...but I was a regular 28 day-er who mis-calculated dates somehow and got lucky!

ah, but the liklihood of getting a positive decreases dramatically the earlier you test.

i ovulated around 12, 13, or 14th

Ah, change my mind then, I ovulate really early, around day 9 methinks so it worked for me, but in your case Im afraid I agree with lissielou! Tis horrrible to wait, best of luck again. x

i hate the 2ww too. but tbh i hate wasting money even more. i put aside the money that i would have used on early tests and buy myself something pretty when my period comes.
