Using about two weeks after conception I start to feel as though my period is about to start - mild crampy type pains. They last a few days, then go without my period starting, which is when I realise I'm probaby pregnant.

I thought implantation was supposed to occur 7-10 days after you ovulated.

I'm not PG, but this is what alots of people have said and I have read in PG books.

I would take it as a positive sign...don't assume it was a tummy ache!

Implantation can start to occur 7 days after ovulation, and it can continue to occur after that as well as the embryo continues to burrow itself into the womb lining.

ARe you hoping to be pregnant Mrsleroy?

I got some unusual "pains" 7 days after I thought I ovulated (this Weds). It was a mild cramping on the right hand side for a few hours. I am hoping it was implantation pains- I guess if anut flo doesn't turn up next week I will be testing!

I dont really understand it all from what I read all of my standard AF symptoms are the same as preg so allthough I know my chances this month are arounf 0.5% I still keep that little bit of hope in the back of my head

belgo yes we are hoping I am pg so I am taking it as a good sign, but then I have got my hopes up before...
I will keep a look out for implantation bleeding as I have had that with both kiddiwinks before

This time around I got period pains from 8 dpo, which was strange for me (I am newly pregnant by the way, so yes it was a postive sign).
