Thinking of TTC in Jan 2009 - Give me all your words of wisdom !

So, we have been discussing when to start ttc for a while now and have decided we might start in Jan.

Ds will be 1yo on Oct 30th so that will mean an age gap of 23mo+.

I have checked an ovulation calculator on the internet and it says my fertile days will be 4th - 7th Jan.

Now ds was a (very happy and slightly early) accident so this time i'd like to do it all 'properly'.

I'm asking for all you ttc ladies to give me your advice, what do I need to consider? What do I need to eat? take? do?
I know I need to start taking folic acid before I start trying, anything else? Give me all your best tips!!!

Also, if anyone else is thinking of ttc around the same time feel free to join me and we can update each other on out progress

Join the wagoners thread in the conception topic. It was originally set up (before my time!) for those waiting to ttc and those ttc. It has been really successful and produced lots of BFPs so we now have a mix of those who are pg as well. There's great support, friendship and chat and it's a v addictive thread (should come with a health warning!)
